Unlocking the Secrets to Unwavering Success in Life

8 Keys to Continuous Victory in Life

No man will [be able to] stand before you [to oppose you] as long as you live. Just as I was [present] with Moses, so will I be with you; I will not fail you or abandon you. Be strong and confident and courageous, for you will give this people as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers (ancestors) to give them. Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do [everything] in accordance with the entire law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may prosper and be successful wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall read [and meditate on] it day and night, so that you may be careful to do [everything] in accordance with all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will be [d]successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Joshua 1:5-9 AMP

The Bible says when they leave the house of God, the people should be rejoicing because of the things they have heard and seen. That’s why I love Revival Today. I want the power of God. I want to experience it. I want it to saturate my life.

Some key take aways

  • Get in alignment with God.
  • Be bold and courageous, you can’t be the opposite.
  • It is not selfish to be successful. That is how you can be a blessing to other people.
  • Read and speak the word.

Let’s get into it.

You will be more than conquerors when you follow God

When Joshua lost at Ai he asked why. He saw defeat as abnormal. It is normal in life to be challenged, but it is unscriptural to be defeated. Jesus overcame the world, so the world does not have power to harm you. Paul was persecuted bad, but he came out of it all. Just like Job, Daniel, David, Shadrack, Meshack, and Abendego.

Just like you

Romans 8:36-37 tells us we are more than conquerors. This means we have access to surpassing victory. The NFL Patriots were not just winning games a few years back but annihilating their competition. They were out scoring their opponents by 30 or more points consistently. That’s surpassing victory. That is your birthright as a child of God.

Eight Keys to Continuous Victory in Life

1. See the Bible as a personal book written to you.

No scripture is of private interpretation. Billy Graham said it is a love letter to you from God. It is a light to my feet and a lamp to my path. All the stories of old were written for us too, as we have been grafted into God’s family.

It is a living book.

Put your name in when reading the Bible. God so loved Alyssa. It is a lamp unto Alyssa’s path.

 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage];

2 Timothy 3:16 AMP

2. Read the Bible through a victory lens.

1 John 5:4 the world is the problem, but Jesus stripped it of power. There will be Goliath, but their power has been stripped.
John 16:33 God’s not harming me today.
Psalm 23 Goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life.
Psalm 91:16 I can’t die today because He said with long life I will be satisfied.

I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace. In the world you have tribulation and distress and suffering, but be courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with joy]; I have overcome the world.” [My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.]

John 33:16 AMP
“What about Job?”

Be sure to read all of Job. Job 42:10 speaks of his fortunes being restored. It is believed that Job’s trouble only lasted 9 to 18 months and then he lived another 140 years after that. Don’t let the momentary trouble blind you from your abundant future.

3. Don’t dwell on the past

Past dwelling causes defeated Christians. Remember, you are more than a conqueror. Don’t identify with your past. Don’t bring up anything that does not glorify God that happened before today. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Don’t say, “your anxiety”. You have been redeemed.

Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:13-14 AMP

Interesting side note

Don’t sing what the world sings. Rockstars during their inside interviews reveal they are depressed, anxious, and in and out of rehab. Then they pour that into their music with lyrics sounding like a suicide note. Next thing you know, you are singing along, making those same depressing lyrics your confession.

Guard what goes into your body as much as what comes out of your body.

4. See a bright future

God holds my future and He said what His plans are and they are for my good. God teaches by His word, not through calamity.

People who commit suicide generally don’t have future plans. Before the devil can take you out, you have to believe there is no hope.

God can take you out of whatever pit you are in

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Jeremiah 29:11 NLT
5. Reject negative diagnoses and labels

There is a testimony that I have seen multiple times now, but it is so powerful. It is of a woman who had muscular dystrophy since her birth. She was at the point of death, even writing out her will. The video I have linked has the testimony starting at the 1:22:34 mark. Please watch it as it is truly powerful.

Did you watch the video?

That woman had hope for her future, and it got her off her sick bed. Don’t accept any future diagnosis that is against the word of God. If you’re going through something, remember Christian’s heal faster.

6. Speak words of victory

Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Declare God’s promises over your life. Do not speak negativity, lack, sickness, or disease. You have the victory. Speak it over your life.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words.

Proverbs 18:21 AMP
7. Break the spirit of poverty

This world has made us comfortable with being broke. In the early days of kings in Europe, the job of the clergy was to make the people accept a poverty mindset. The blessing of the Lord makes a man rich. Faith leads to abundance and overflow.

The Lord makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and He lifts up.

1 Samuel 2:7 AMP
8. Live a life of bold faith

God’s Word states when we are grafted into His family, we have victory. But none of the promises of God will do you any good if you do not have faith in God that He will in fact keep His promises. God’s promises are yes and amen and you can feel confident in putting your trust and faith in Him. Live boldly.

For [a]everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].

1 John 5:4 AMP

Have you made peace with God?

Would you like to have peace that surpasses all understanding? No matter who you are or what you have done, He loves you and wishes to save you from the inevitable death that sin brings. Won’t you cry out to Him today?

Behold, I stand at the door [of the church] and continually knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him (restore him), and he with Me.

Revelation 3:20 AMP

Until next time, my friend.
